Ashley began her training at Jacqueline's School of Dance, at the age of five, studying all types of dancing. It was here where Ashley discovered her true passion and love for dance and performing. With over fifteen years of dance training as a competitive dancer, in jazz, tap, ballet, pointe, lyrical, acro, hip hop, modern/contemporary, musical theatre, and song and dance, Ashley has been the recipient of numerous awards and overalls at various competitions across Canada, including Miss Senior Bedazzled Dance Champion 2010.

Ashley has received special recognition for stage presence, technique and emotional execution. She has been awarded: the 'Be Discovered Broadway Bound' Scholarship, the 'Be Discovered Summer in LA' Scholarship, the 'Dance Fusion' Scholarship and the 'Costal Dance Rage' Scholarship. Ashley has successfully completed all of her dance exams with the B.A.T.D. and was starred for the ballet scholarships 3 years in a row.

Ashley is a certified dance teacher under the British Association of Teachers of Dancing for both Stage and Ballet. She has also worked at Canada's Wonderland as a dancer in over six shows, including "Dead Awakening", "Signed Sealed Delivered", "Fangs", "Psycho Circus", "Beyond the Grave" and most recently "Start Me Up." Ashley has taught for both the City of Oshawa and Montessori School education, as well as choreographed for her high school dance team and musical, where she participated in the Performing Arts Program at O'Neill C.V.I for vocal, dance, drama and musical theatre. Ashley has had the opportunity to perform with The Dance Company at events such as "Teddy Bear Affair Gala", "Canadian Cancer Society: Relay for Life" and "Cuts for Cancer." Ashley is currently casted in Toronto's prodcution of CATS.

Ashley shares an extraordinary passion for the art of dance. She has been working with children from a young age and continues to strive to be a part of their future. Her goals are to improve the students to help reach their full potential, teach them life lessons and skills and prepare them for the entertainment business. With the proper training and information learned, she believes she can instill these principles to younger dancers who share the same passion as she does. Ashley loves to perform and can't wait to share her talent with the future students in her life. Most of all, Ashley hopes to pass on her true love of dance and performing, and inspire each and every student to follow their dreams.
